This digital download contains 52 neutrally designed positive affirmation cards, with a corresponding activity. There is one card for each week of the year, meaning that this activity has enough content to last one child an entire year.
This resource has been designed to provide you and your child/student/client with a simple task for each week to help with the development of their self-esteem. In psychology, the term self-esteem is used to describe a person's overall subjective sense of personal worth or value. In other words, how much someone loves and appreciate themselves. When children value themselves and have positive self-esteem, they tend to feel more secure. This means they will have more positive relationships with their peers and feel confident about their abilities both at school and in their extra curricular activities.
With high self-esteem, children are also open to learning and constructive feedback, which can help them in their learning and mastering new skills, all of which is so important for school-aged children.
This resource has been designed for children aged 10-18.
